Spirituality Centre

The Barbados Spirituality Centre will be a lay-academic institution promoting and supporting religious freedom and inclusiveness, embracing all of the cultures and faith traditions of the Caribbean. Special attention will be paid to ensuring the inclusion of the faiths of our African, Middle Eastern, Asian (particularly Chinese and Indian), and regional Indigenous Peoples (Arawak, Garifuna, Kalinago).

The Centre will strive to be a sacred and safe space for the promotion of peace and the nurturing of the human spirit through interfaith interaction, where teachers and students of all major faiths can meet, meditate, worship, seek, share, create, learn, and inspire our communities to values-based action,
